**What we collect.** Through the booking or call-back form: your name, phone number, optionally your email, and the service you selected. We do **not** ask for diagnoses, medical history or other clinical information through web forms.

**Why.** Solely to contact you, confirm your appointment time and send reminders.

**Who sees it.** Reception staff and the relevant dentist. It is never sold or passed to third parties.

**Where it is stored.** On servers located within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

**How long.** Enquiries and completed appointments are deleted or anonymised after 12 months.

**Your rights.** You may call +998 71 200 40 40 at any time to request deletion of your data.
