Braces or aligners: which to choose
August 9, 2026 · Kamola Ergasheva · 1 min read

Both straighten teeth, but they suit different cases. An honest comparison.
Braces are stronger in complex cases: severe crowding, bite problems or significantly rotated teeth all respond more predictably to fixed braces.
Aligners are more discreet and removable, but must be worn 20–22 hours a day. Without that discipline, treatment drags on.
Cost: braces from 8.5m so'm, aligners from 18m so'm.
Which suits you can't be decided without a CBCT scan and an impression. The consultation is free.
